Conway police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred last week in a West Conway apartment complex.
Police were dispatched to the area of Pickwicket Drive and Club Lane around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday after several callers reported shots fired in the 300 block of Club Lane.
A 34-year-old female tenant told police she heard the shots and “felt them hit” her building, then immediately smelled gunpowder.
The woman said she and her children, ages 3 and 14, were upstairs when the incident occurred and did not see anyone outside before the shooting.
According to a police report, the woman’s front door had been hit by a bullet, and upon further investigation, officers discovered a second bullet hole in her front window.
A right, rear tire on the woman’s vehicle was also flat and reportedly had not been prior to the shooting incident.
Police located a 9mm Luger shell casing in the middle of the road, slightly west of the woman’s house.
A 20-year-old man reported he was downstairs in his living room when he heard the gunshots and ran to the back of the apartment and got on the ground.
All other occupants said they were upstairs when the incident occurred.
A bullet hole was also discovered in the front door of another apartment.
According to the report, police could not locate the trajectory of the bullet, but believe it came to a stop in one of the stairs inside of the home.
Two bullet holes were found in the tailgate of a truck, and another in the bumper.
No one was injured.
There are currently no suspects and an investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Add commentah, so now we have drive-by's
Our little ole Conway is getting all growed up and looking like every other city now.
Not So Much
A drive by as just someone taking pop shots but Club Lane has never been anyone thing but one step above Cow Town.
Scary
That is one scary street as well as the one next to it. I turned down once by mistake looking for the other entrance to the walking trail. I literally felt like I needed to keep my head down and the gas pedal floored. I was scared just driving, I would never dare walk down that street. It needs a patrol car permanently parked on it. I am sure they could fill up a wing of the jail with some of those occupants. Can't be anything good going on in there.
In my opinion
A bunch of walking trail purse snatchers live on Club Lane
who use their clubs to break into cars parked at the walking trail.

CowTown
Hey Cowtown has been pretty quite lately. A couple of years ago some of the 'mothers' ran the drug dealers out of couple of the dens they had back there. Been much much better ever since!
Don't need no CPD just some mad mothers!
PLUS
CowTown
Has had several old places torn or burnt down and been replaced by some nice mid-level homes still could use a little more urban renewal in that subdivision.
You'd better watch your wallet on the trail.
You'd better watch out, because Club Lane is one street over from Pick-pocket-wicket Street.
Oh joy!
I live one road down from this mess... It's been a pleasant 7 months so far, don't scare me out of my lease now!
