Simmons First Bank will be hosting a Community Shred event with American Mobile Shredding Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 600 Salem Road in the front parking lot of the bank.
The bank also will be accepting food donations to help fill the pantry at the Bethlehem House before the holidays.
Among the items accepted for shredding: Binders and bound material; green-bar printouts (no disassembly required; video tapes; shirts and uniforms; folders; casettes, compact discs, floppy discs, hard drives, checks, envelopes, ID badges and credit cards.
