A 19-year-old woman reported Tuesday she was raped Jan. 22, according to an incident report released by the University of Central Arkansas Police Department.
The report to UCA police is the third rape case to be investigated this year. A 17-year-old girl said earlier this month that she was raped while visiting apartments on Elizabeth Street. Police also are investigating an alleged rape reported in March.

Is this a part of UCA's new re-branding campaign?
I think its a new course they
I think its a new course they are offering!!!
No really this is awful. Hopefully they catch these people and make them pay if the rapes are not false reports. And if they are false reports these girls need to be held responsible. Maybe they need to offer some kind of safety awareness/self defense course for students.
I'd be surprised...
...if the safety/self defense classes are not already offered.
I attended a college (right after the discovery of fire) about the size that UCA is now. Those courses were offered at least once per month and were free to anyone with a student ID.
Sadly, when I spoke to one of the instructors, she told me that many times they had to cancel the class because no one showed up.
Sadly, between the ages of 16 and 26, most people feel bullet proof.
I think so.
"Come visit UCA, you'll never forget it, literally....."
so
Are any of them related or totally separate instances?
Separate
These cases all appear to be separate. None appear linked, except that they are all being investigated by UCA.
Oh yay!
So instead of one alleged serial rapist we have three alleged rapists. Fantastic.
well
I suppose the "bright side" if there is one, is that most of the rapes we read about on the LCD turn out to be false claims.
Not that that is a good thing, but it seems to be the trend lately.
YEP
I think I was raped earlier this year too @ UCA
When I paid my daughter's tuition!!!!
As a wise man once said...
