The Centennial Bank on 2690 Donaghey Ave. was robbed at about 9:45 a.m., according to bank officials.
Eric King, public relations officer for the bank, said no one was injured and the branch reopened after police completed their investigation.
King said the suspect is a white male and video footage has been sent to the Conway Police Department. The suspect was an older white male who wore a tan jacket over a black shirt and tie. He had slicked back hair, and he was wearing sunglasses. He displayed a handgun, demanded money and exited the bank, heading south on Donaghey in a 4-door maroon sedan.
This is the second robbery of a Centennial Bank branch in the past few months with the Chesnut branch being robbed earlier this year.
CPD Assistant PIO Sean Canady said if anyone has any information on the robbery, please call 450-6120.

The shades and the tie casually tossed over the shoulder are nice touches. Neither seems too much of an affectation.
However, I can't warm up to a shirt as dark as a tie, even for Saturday busines dress.

I have a request.
Any way you guys could upgrade your photo host? The photos should enlarge when you click them. I don't know how anyone could identify a suspect from a postage stamp sized pic. This pretty much applies to every photo I've ever seen in the LCD.
