Greenbrier man killed in vehicle accident Thursday

Jacob Standridge, 20, of 197 Arrowhead Rd. in Greenbrier, was killed Thursday in a single vehicle accident.

 

According to Arkansas State Police's preliminary crash summary, the accident occurred near McMillen Road, just north of Wooster.

The report states Standridge's vehicle, a 2000 Ford F15, missed a left curve and left the roadway, overturning several times.

Standridge was ejected from the vehicle. It was unclear if he was wearing a seat belt.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The report states that the closest intersection near the accident is State Highway 225 North and McMillen Road, but a map shows the nearest highway at McMillen Road to be State Highway 285 North. 

The report was recorded at 9:53 p.m.
