Supt. B. A. Short hopes to move his Conway High School into its handsome new $100,000 building during the next week end and hold first sessions there Monday, Feb. 15, he said today.
Only installation of some of the equipment for the science department and some of the electric fixtures are needed to have the building ready for occupancy, Mr. Short said. The general contract was given final acceptance last week. Two carloads of furniture have been installed during the week, equipping the class rooms, the library and the auditorium. Shipment of some of the material for the science rooms has been unduly delayed, but is now reported on the way to Conway, said Mr. Short.
