Local students named to Dean’s list
ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — A total of 325 students at Ouachita Baptist University were named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2011 semester. The students will receive a certificate of recognition from Ouachita and will be included in the “National Dean’s List” for 2011-12.
To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must compile at least a 3.5 grade point average and be classified as a full-time student, with a minimum of 12 academic hours.
The following Faulkner County students are included in the Dean’s List and are listed in order of hometown: Conway — Jennifer Callaway, Jennifer Coon, Cassie Fikes, Christian Ichter, Taylor Lamb, Madison Lewis, Nicole McPhate, Mariah Miller, Katie Novy, Buck Schroeder and Daniel Sims; Greenbrier — Jordan Henry, Anna Sikes and Laura Sikes; and Mayflower — Nate Malone.
Ouachita Baptist University is a private Christian liberal arts university in Arkadelphia.
