On Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, Brandon Sebor of Vilonia, currently residing in Maumelle, and his friend Chris Wright of Maumelle were on their way to work, when just a few minutes from there, they were in a serious car accident on Cantrell Road in Little Rock. Sebor is in critical, but stable condition, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Brandon’s friend Chris unfortunately didn’t survive the crash. Brandon is in a drug-induced coma and suffering from several serious injuries. His injuries include a broken jaw, broken and fractured ribs, a concussion, broken pelvis and tailbone, broken collar bone and bruised lungs. He will have a long and hard road to recovery, but he is young and strong so his family and friends have high hopes that he will recover with time.
He is the son of James and Carey Herring of Vilonia.
Tuesday, Jan. 24, a fundraiser will be held from 5-8:30 p.m. at Larry’s Pizza in Conway in honor of Brandon to raise money for him and his family. He is expected to be in the hospital for a month at minimum and possibly longer. He will go home in a wheelchair and probably have several months of therapy. Expenses will be extensive. All tips received for the night will go to Brandon Sebor. Donations will also be accepted and greatly appreciated and 100 percent of all proceeds will go to Brandon and his family.
There will be entertainment and lots of door prizes.
