Suspicious person, TJ Maxx, 655 Elsinger Blvd.

A woman called an officer to report that she had been approached by a man who told her that he loved her feet and wanted to suck on her toes. The woman stated that she had been at the business over the weekend when she noticed a man staring at her. He later approached her and told her he had a foot fetish and “her toes were so long and succulent that he wanted to suck on them.” The woman got a call and walked away from the man to answer the phone. When she was done with her call, she noticed the man walking around the store looking for her. The woman described the suspect as a white male in his late forties or early fifties with salt and pepper hair and a “pot belly”. The woman also stated that the man was between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall with “really messed up toes.” The investigation is ongoing.
