Woman frightened by toe-sucking assailant

Posted: September 12, 2011 - 10:46am

Assault - third degree, 1700 block of Hairston Ave.

A woman made contact with officers to report that she was approached by an unknown man who sucked on her toes as she was sitting in front of her apartment. The woman stated that the suspect approached her and told her that he liked feet as he took off her shoe and began sucking on her toes. The woman stated that the suspect also asked her if he could kiss her, to which she declined. The woman stated that she was frightened and went inside her residence to call her daughter to come over. The woman’s daughter arrived but did not see the suspect. The victim advised that when other people walked into the courtyard, the suspect walked away. Officers spoke with the manager of the complex who stated that she was not aware of a tenant matching the description of the suspect, but would be watching to be sure the suspect did not return.

Slow reflexes?

"The woman stated that the suspect approached her and told her that he liked feet as he took off her shoe and began sucking on her toes. The woman stated that the suspect also asked her if he could kiss her, to which she declined. The woman stated that she was frightened and went inside her residence..."

Seems like it took her some time to get out of that situation.

A little slow indeed. Before he could have gotten the shoe off it should have been planted upside his head.

Gives a whole new meaning to Toed Suck!!

Toe sucker arrested in Fayetteville incident
Suspect was convicted in Faulkner in 1991

A four-time convicted foot fondler, who was dubbed the "Toe Suck Fairy" for his 1990 crimes against a Conway woman's feet, was arrested in Fayetteville on Monday night for charges of terroristic threatening. He had allegedly told women he wanted to amputate their feet and suck on their toes.

Michael Robert Wyatt, 38, formerly of central Arkansas, turned himself in to Fayetteville police Monday night after a tipster identified him. His surrender came after a June 30 episode in which a woman reported a man complimented her feet in a Wal-Mart store and asked if she wanted them amputated. He claimed he was a massage therapist and showed her pictures of women with no feet.

Fayetteville police have received at least four reports since June 30 from women who claim a man approached them in stores and complimented their feet or toes.

Wyatt pleaded guilty to second-degree assault and criminal impersonation in Conway in December 1990. He was arrested after pretending to be a podiatrist so he could fondle and suck a Conway woman's toes at a woman's clothing store. He received one year of probation, a $347 fine and one year of court-ordered therapy. His probation was later revoked when he was arrested in Cabot on similar charges.

Wyatt was convicted in Faulkner County in 1991 of terroristic threatening and was sentended to four years in state prison. The sentence was reduced to three years and Wyatt served just more than one year in prison. A convenience store clerk claimed Wyatt told her he would cut off her feet and suck her toes while she bled to death, though Wyatt denied making the statement.

Wyatt also had misdemeanor convictions related to foot fondling in Little Rock and Cabot.

LOL @ IDKM, Buzz, and DJB

All I can say is that this guy better stay away from my wife or he might get toetaled.

BTW, I heard the police have established a dedicated phone number for any tips related to the apprehension of the assailant. The number is 1-800-TIPTOES.
