The upcoming court schedule for the 20th Judicial District, first division, courtroom “A” for Today

1. Amanda Johnson v Derrick Johnson, final divorce hearing.

2. Amanda Roberts v Jeff Roberts, final divorce hearing.

3. The state of Arkansas v Terry Hammons, plea and arraignment hearing. The defendant is charged with domestic battering in the third degree as well as aggravated assault of a family/household member.

4. The state of Arkansas v Willie Lockett, Jr., pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with battery in the first degree.

5. The state of Arkansas v Marquis Poole, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with driving on a suspended license, obstructing governmental operations, fleeing, manufacturing, delivering and possession of a controlled substance.

6. The state of Arkansas v Kenneth Lowery, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with failure to use proper signals for turning, stopping or decreasing speed, fleeing and possession of a controlled counterfeit substance without a prescription.

7. The state of Arkansas v Amanda Davis, pre-trial hearing. Unspecified charges.

8. The state of Arkansas v Ryan Williams, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree.

9. The state of Arkansas v Robert Roper, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with felony theft of property and criminal mischief in the first degree.

10. The state of Arkansas v Chelsea Bostwick, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with an unspecified misdemeanor. 

11. The state of Arkansas v Edward Jackson, pre-trial hearing. The defendant is charged with forgery.

12. The state of Arkansas v John Jaquez, status update. The defendant is charged with murder in the first degree, aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, criminal mischief in the first degree and two counts of aggravated residential burglary.

13. The state of Arkansas v Lonnell Fort, status update. The defendant is charged with battery in the second degree.

14. The state of Arkansas v Katherine Stearns, revocation hearing. The defendant is charged with possession of a controlled counterfeit substance without prescription, possession/use/delivery advertised drug paraphernalia.

The court will be called to order at 9 a.m. with Judge David Reynolds presiding.

I beg your pardon today is Sunday the 20th and I know of no court in session. Are you a type "A" perhaps or simply planning on sleeping through court on Monday ?
