Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:

The victim stated that the back door had possibly been pried open with a screw driver. Taken from the residence were a 55-inch Samsung flat screen television, a Sony DVD player, a Sony surround sound system, a Conway Corp. cable box, a Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit, a Dell desktop computer with 19-inch monitor, an HP Deskjet printer, a 22-inch Vizio television, a Phillips DVD player, a 32-inch Sony Bravia flat screen television, several baby blankets, a crib sheet and the Sunday newspaper. The blankets, sheet and newspaper were found in a drainage ditch behind the apartment.

2. Fraudulent use of a credit card at 1000 block of East Oak Street. Victim reported Monday that several suspicious charges had been made to his bank account. The victim stated that five charges of $188.21, totaling $941.05, were made to the account, but not authorized by him or his wife.

3. Theft of property at 1800 block of South Boulevard. Victim reported Monday that her sanitation bin was stolen.

4. Criminal trespassing at 3400 Irby Drive. (The Links). Officers responded to a 911 call of persons trespassing in the hot tub. On scene, officers found a white female and two white males in the swimming pool. It was determined that none of the suspects were residents or guests of residents of the apartment complex.

Trespassing in a hot tub.

Now thats something I would be proud to have on my record. Much better than trespassing in recycling bin.

#1 - How can someone take

#1 - How can someone take that much stuff from someone's house without another person seeing them? We have become such an isolated society that we no longer watch out for our neighbors. It is truly sad!
