Bond Hearings (6/24/10)

The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Wednesday:

• Joey James Staley, 27, 82 A Fiddler Road, Vilonia, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Bond revocation stemming from theft by receiving charges. Bond was denied. Bond revocation hearing was set for June 24. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• James Ronald Scalfaro, 49, 58 Country Lane Estates, Mountain Home, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Burglary, theft of property. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for Aug. 12. Public defender Karen Walker Knight was appointed.

• Justin Glenn Dayberry, 19, 786 Willowpood Road, Rantoul, Ill., according to a FCSO jail intake report. Theft by receiving. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for Aug. 12. Public defender Karen Walker Knight was appointed.

• Michael Cochran-Bly, 19, 99 Caney Creek, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from burglary and theft of property charges. Probation revocation hearing set for July 12. Breaking or entering, theft of property. Bond was denied. Pretrial set for Aug. 12. Public defender Boyd “Skip” Tackett was appointed.

• Jonathan William Bilon, 28, 19 Knights Bridge Road, Sherwood, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from charges of drug possession and theft by receiving. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 19. A public defender was denied.

• Phillip David Mullins, 35, 3356 Highway 36 West, Searcy, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from hot check law violation. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing set for June 30. A public defender will be appointed.

• James Clinton Oglesby, 26, 659 Highway 365 South, Conway. Burglary, theft of property. Bond was set at $100,000. Pretrial was set for June 28. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.
