Did you know?
Did you know that people can pay their bills BY PHONE just by using your checking account number? They just get your number off the check you leave with a cashier and make their calls. A friend recently had a chunk taken out of his bank account this way. Two or three bills were paid with it. Best you shop at stores where you get your checks back with your ticket. He was advised to check his online account daily and especially on the weekends when banks are not in their usual functions. Another little shopping tip: check your ticket before leaving to make sure it wasn't rung up for more than you paid. Someone else will get what's left over.
