The following judgments including a jail sentence or suspended jail sentence were handed down from Faulkner County District Court on Nov. 2, 5, 6 and 9 (Fine/cost amounts may reflect a previous balance and my not wholly pertain to the offenses listed here.):
• Marina Standridge, DOB 3/14/1960, according to a court document. Theft of property. Standridge was ordered to pay $345 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Cracker Barrel for one year.
• Heather Shearer, DOB 11/3/1989, according to a court document. Theft of property. Shearer was ordered to pay $345 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Athina Marie Newsted, DOB 2/13/1989, according to a court document. Driving on a suspended license. Newsted was ordered to pay $780 and was sentenced to two days in county jail suspended.
• Melinee Kay Newsted, DOB 9/3/1977, according to a court document. Theft of property. Newsted was ordered to pay $660 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Cameron Ardell Jones, DOB 5/14/1987, according to a court document. Failure to pay fines/costs. Jones was ordered to pay $705 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended.
• Nikki LaChelle Horton, DOB 4/12/1989, according to a court document. Careless/prohibited driving, failure to appear, theft of property. Horton was ordered to pay $850 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Bryce Ellett Hardy, DOB 11/17/1987, according to a court document. Driving on a suspended license, failure to appear. Hardy was ordered to pay $2,900 and was sentenced to two days in county jail suspended.
• Rachel Ann Gifford, DOB 5/18/1990, according to a court document. Theft of property. Gifford was ordered to pay $145 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Israel Fuentes, DOB 10/10/1990, according to a court document. Driving on a suspended license, no insurance. Fuentes was ordered to pay $2,835 and was sentenced to two days in county jail suspended.
• Brittney Sahara Fernandez, DOB 9/11/1989, according to a court document. Driving on a suspended license. Fernandez was ordered to pay $655 and was sentenced to two days in county jail suspended.
• Kimberly G. Estrada, DOB 6/16/1982, according to a court document. Theft of property. Estrada was ordered to pay $345 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Kaylah Nichole Dunham, DOB 9/19/1988, according to a court document. Theft of property. Dunham was ordered to pay $345 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
• Crystal Lynn Crosley, DOB 6/21/1990, according to a court document. Crossley was ordered to pay $345 and was sentenced to 30 days in county jail suspended on the condition that she accumulate no similar charges, miss no payments and not visit Conway Walmart stores for one year.
