Bond hearings

The following persons made first appearance on Friday at Faulkner County Circuit Court:

• Dustin B. Thompson, 34, 48 highway 319, Vilonia, according to Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake records. Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for Feb. 4. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed. 

• Terico C. Dudley, 18, 20 West Credit Drive, Mayflower, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Burglary, driving left of center, driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for Feb. 4. A public defender will be appointed. 

• Christopher L. Richardson, 36, 505 Prothro St., North Little Rock, according to Richardson’s statements in court. Terroristic threatening. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for Nov. 19. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight will continue her appointment. 

• Christopher Wayne Tilley, 28, 648 East Walnut St., Blytheville, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2003 class-Y felony possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing government operations, fleeing, habitual offender conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for Nov. 30. A public defender will be appointed.

• Gregory Maurice Ranson, 18, 201 Donaghey Ave., Conway, according to Ranson’s statements in court. Fraudulent use of a credit card. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.

• Angela Michelle Battles, 39, 78 Bannister Road, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report, 140 E. Cadron Ridge Road, Greenbrier, according to Battles’ statements in court. Theft of property, lottery fraud. Bond was set at $3,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 21. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed. 

• Jacob Kyle Battles, 18, 140 E. Cadron Ridge Road, Greenbrier, according to Battles’ statements in court. Theft by receiving, lottery ticket fraud. Bond was set at $3,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 21. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.
