• Brian Dean Morgan, 32, 37 Gap View Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Class-Y felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed.
• Bobby Earl Thomas, 49, 701 Dan Gill Drive, Dumas, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized use of a vehicle, improper use of registration, driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.
• Ashley Nicole Ferrell, 18, 4669 Highway 64 West, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.
• Bradley James Lowrance, 19, 153 highway 285 East, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Theft of property, seven counts misdemeanor hot check law. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed.
• Ryan Laron Williams, 25, 1628 independence Avenue, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2006 possession of a controlled substance conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for Nov. 20. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.
