Bond hearings

The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court on Monday and Wednesday:

• Shelby Trent King, 24, 203 Skunk Hollow Road, Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2009 possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a drug premises. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for Nov. 20. No public defender was appointed.

• John William Simpson, 39, 44 Timber Lane, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2005 possession of a controlled substance, no vehicle registration, driving on a suspended/revoked license conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for Nov. 30. A public defender will be appointed.

• Johnny Ray Hutson, 22, 213 North Griffin St., Morrilton, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance, driving without headlights, failure to wear a seat belt. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for Dec. 17. A public defender was appointed.

• Britton Hughes Clay, 34, 41 Ridge Lane, Mayflower, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Terroristic threatening, aggravated assault, refusal to submit to a chemical test, DWI, driving on a suspended/revoked license, carrying a knife, third-degree battery, driving left of center, driving off the pavement, fleeing, disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for Dec. 17. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• Elizabeth Von Taylor, 21, 225 Terra Valley Drive, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Burglary, theft of property, breaking or entering. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for Dec. 17. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

• Cassidy Lorene Dominguez, 22, 225 Terra Valley Drive, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Burglary, theft of property, breaking or entering, criminal mischief. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for Dec. 17. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

• James Brian Pearson, 33, 5477 Wofford Lane, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Class-Y felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.

• Brian Dean Morgan, 32, 37 Gap View Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Class-Y felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $20,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed.

• Bobby Earl Thomas, 49, 701 Dan Gill Drive, Dumas, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized use of a vehicle, improper use of registration, driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $7,500. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.

• Ashley Nicole Ferrell, 18, 4669 Highway 64 West, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender Danny Rasmussen was appointed.

• Bradley James Lowrance, 19, 153 highway 285 East, Greenbrier, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Theft of property, seven counts misdemeanor hot check law. Bond was set at $5,000. Pretrial was set for Jan. 7. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed.

• Ryan Laron Williams, 25, 1628 independence Avenue, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2006 possession of a controlled substance conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation was set for Nov. 20. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.
