A Plumerville woman has been released on bond following her arrest for three counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
A warrant for Amber Liane Turley, 26, of No. 5 Amber St. in Plumerville was issued following a Conway County Sheriff’s Office investigation into the death of her three sons, Aaron Turley, 8; Alex Turley, 7; and Anthony Turley, 2.
In April, Turley drove her car down a dead-end road and into Brewer Lake. Although Turley made it safely to shore, her three sons died.
Turley’s bond was placed at $5,000. Conway County Sheriff Mike Smith said she posted bond Friday. She will make her first court appearance Sept. 8.
Prosecuting Attorney Tom Tatum said alcohol was one of the factors involved in charging Turley with the deaths bud declined to provide more information about her toxicology report.
First degree endangering the welfare of a minor is a Class D Felony.
Turley
Why hasn't she been charged with negligent homicide! She chose to drink and get in the car with her kids and caused the deaths of 3 innocent children.

Sounds like they're cutting
Sounds like they're cutting her some slack . . . sending her to the pokey for 20 years won't bring her kids back, won't make her feel any worse, and the taxpayers will have to pay for her room and board while she's in prison. I say convict her of a felony and then let her go.
Let the punishment fit the crime.............
That says it all...
