The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court Wednesday:

1. Cristela Perez, 27, 1409 Clifton St., Apt. 13, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Extradition to Colorado for two outstanding warrants. Bond was set at $10,000. If Perez is not extradited before Aug. 28, her case will be reviewed.

2. Brandon DeShawn Moore, 21, 101 Cambridge Cove, Jacksonville, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2008 charges including maintaining a drug premises and possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for Aug. 23. Public defender Boyd “Skip” Tackett was appointed.

3. Quandarius Juan Rattler, 20, 1401 Parker Road, No. 8, Little Rock, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report, 865 George St., West Helena, according to statements made by Rattler in court. Criminial mischief, two counts of burglary and possessing an instrument of crime. Bond was set at $50,000. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

4. Juwuan Alex Rattler, 18, 1401 Parker Road, No. 8, Russellville, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Criminial mischief, two counts of burglary and possessing an instrument of crime. Bond was set at $25,000. Public defender Lynn Clemonds was appointed.

5. Terrance Jamal Pringle, 19, 211 Asher Ave., Little Rock, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Criminal mischief, three counts of burglary, possessing an instrument and theft of property. Bond was set at $50,000. Public defender Boyd “Skip” Tackett was appointed.

6. David Michael Freyburger, 35, 62 Arka Valley Road, Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance and maintaining a drug premises. Bond was set at $25,000. Public defender Boyd “Skip” Tackett was appointed.

7. David Rayl, 30, 178 Horseshoe Lake Road, Bald Knob, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from a 2007 hot check law violation. Bond was set at $2,000 cash only with required 10 days of rehabilitation. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

8. Dorothy J. Irving, 51, 112 E. South St., Russellville, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from a 2007 hot check law violation. Bond was denied unless Irving could be sent to a rehabilitation or mental facility. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

9. Avery D. Donald III, of Plummerville, according to court statements. Violation of hot check law. Bond set at $250 cash. Donald will obtain his own counsel.

10. Timothy Harold Pratt II, 22, 9609 Melon Lane, Mabelvale, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2006 charges of possession of a controlled substance, criminal mischief, battery, aggravated assault, fleeing, DWI, refusal to submit to testing and careless and prohibitive driving. Bond was denied. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.
