Mayor-Kordsmeier engagement

Luke Michael Kordsmeier and Brooke Lauren Mayor

Brooke Lauren Mayor and Luke Michael Kordsmeier, both of Conway, have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.


The bride-elect is the daughter of Randy and Laura Mayor of Conway. She is the granddaughter of Robert and Geraldine Mayor and Jim Briggler and the late Millie Briggler, all of Conway.

She is a 2008 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Doctorate of Pharmacy.

She is currently completing a Community Residency with Kroger Pharmacy.

The prospective groom is the son of David and Melinda Kordsmeier of Conway. He is the grandson of Clem Kordsmeier and the late Florence Kordsmeier and the late Andy Seiter and Catherine Seiter, all of Conway. He is also the step-grandson of the late Olena Seiter.

He is a 2008 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton.

He is currently attending the University of Central Arkansas where he is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.

The wedding is set to take place at 1 p.m. Oct. 18, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church.

The reception will follow at the Centennial Center at Centennial Valley.

The senior center serves all of Faulkner County in a network of centers in various towns around the county including; Mayflower, Vilonia, Greenbrier, Twin Groves and Conway.
