Kelsey Randell and Taylor Dellinger

Miss Kelsey Randell of North Little Rock and Mr. Taylor Dellinger of Little Rock have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.


The bride-elect is the daughter of Ms. Joy Randell of North Little Rock and Mr. Billy Randell of Texarkana, Texas. She is the granddaughter of maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Jim Arnett of Texarkana, Texas, and the late Ms. Sharon Arnett, and paternal grandparents Ms. Genice Tyler of Texarkana, Texas, and Mr. Billy Randell, Sr. of Florida.

She is a 2007 graduate of Mount St. Mary’s Academy. She is currently a full-time student at the University of Central Arkansas and will graduate in May 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education.

She was named to the Dean’s List in 2011 and was a Presidential Scholar in 2012.

The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Dellinger of Conway. He is the grandson of maternal grandparents the late Mrs. Vedelia Birdwell and the late Mr. James Haw, and paternal grandparents Mr. Wendell Dellinger of Texarkana, Ark., and Ms. Virginia Dellinger of Texarkana, Ark.

He is a 2004 graduate of Conway High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

He is currently employed as a disability adjudicator with the Social Security Administration in Little Rock.

The wedding is set to take place at 3 p.m. on March 23, 2013, at Estes Stadium in Conway.

Following the wedding ceremony, the reception will be held at Centennial Valley Country Club in Conway.
