Tommy E. Nolen and Tonja C. Lawson are pleased to announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Bobby and Jeana Lawson of Houston, Ark.
She is the granddaughter of the late Oliver and Reba Lawson, and Dale and Mary Thearl.
After graduating from Bigelow High School, she went on to get her Master of Science with an emphasis in dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas.
She is currently employed at Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center in Little Rock.
The prospective groom is the son of Lucille Nolen and the late Rev. Tommy D. Nolen.
He is the grandson of the late Tom King and Della Mae Nolen, and Eldon and Imogene Ball.
He graduated from Mt. Vernon-Enola High School.
He is currently employed at Conway Corporation in Conway where he serves as a training and special projects coordinator.
The couple is planning to be married on April 13, 2013.
The ceremony will take place at The Church Alive in Conway.
