Barnum-Golden engagement

Miss Chris Barnum and Mr. Zeb Golden, both of Greenbrier, have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

 

The bride-elect is the daughter of Ronney and Michelle Barnum of Damascus, Ark., and Crystal Barnum of Greers Ferry, Ark.

She is the granddaughter of Rickey and DD Matthews of Greenbrier, Sharon Linch of Colorado and the late Joe Linch and the late Glen and Carlene Barnum.

She is a graduate of Westside High School and the University of Central Arkansas.

She is currently employed with the Cleburne County Assessor’s Office.

The prospective groom is the son of Phil and Teresa Golden of Greenbrier.

He is the grandson of Doyle and Grace Jolly of Greenbrier and Waldene and Joanne Golden of McCrory, Ark.

He is a graduate of Greenbrier High School and is currently employed at Valley Trenching.

The wedding is set to take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at the Sisson residence in Greenbrier.

In Florida, with 1,350 miles of coastline, the most in the continental United States, just 42 percent of the 2.5 million homes in hazard zones, are covered by flood insurance, according to the Federal Emergency Management Association.
