Bailey Nobles and Chase Smith, both of Conway, have announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Greg and Carla Nobles of Wooster. She is the granddaughter of the late Ronnie and LaVonne Swan of Humphrey, Earl Nobles and step-grandmother Donna Nobles of Conway, and Claudette Whitson and step-grandfather Eugene Whitson.
She is a 2009 graduate of Conway High School and a 2010 graduate of Arkansas Beauty School.
She is a hairdresser at The Jordan Bailey Group and owns and teaches at Studio B.
The prospective groom is the son of Ken Smith of Springhill and Dana and step-father Scott Moore of Conway. He is the grandson of Jerry D. and Linda Williams of Conway, step-grandmother Debbie Smith and the late Quenten L. Smith of Cedar Hill, Tenn., and the late Elizabeth Anne Allen of Shreveport, La.
He is a 2006 graduate of Greenbrier High School and attended the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton.
He is a technical support technician at Centennial Bank and at Conway Computer Doctors.
The wedding is set to take place at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Greene Chapel on the campus of Hendrix College.
A reception will follow at the Old Gin.
