Andrew Melton and Ragan Moore

Ragan Moore of Conway and Andrew Melton of Spartanburg, S.C., have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of John Ed and Kim Moore and Mark and Dana Jennings of Conway.

She is the granddaughter of John Ed and Gordene Moore of El Dorado, Ark., and the late Robert and Christine Anthony of Conway.

She is a 2005 honor graduate of Conway High School. She is a 2008 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a charter member of Tri Sigma sorority.

The prospective groom is the son of Scott and Charlotte Melton of Spartanburg. He is the grandson of Katie Melton and the late James Melton of Hot Springs, Ark., and the late Virgina and Charles “Blackie” Turner of Newport, Ark.

He is a 2004 graduate of James F. Byrnes High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Arkansas, where he was very involved in Razorbacks for Christ. He graduated from the U of A with a Bachelor of Science. He is also a 2010 graduate of UALR with a master’s degree in business administration.

Ragan and Andrew are currently employed at Hewlett-Packard in Conway. They have been involved with a mentorship at Ida Burns Elementary the past three years and currently serve as volunteers for Junior Achievement in Faulkner County.

The wedding and reception are set to take place April 20, 2013, at Back Achers Ranch in Conway.
