The Nelson Family Singers

Once again, The Nelson Family singers bring the joy of the holidays and the pure mountain sound of traditional gospel music and Christmas carols to listeners.

The Larry Nelson Family has been traveling for more than 28 years, singing Gospel music at various churches and other venues. The group originally consisted of Larry, his wife Ruth, and their three daughters, Lisa, Lana and Laura Ruth. Larry and Ruth are now in Heaven, while their three daughters continue here on earth. Their music can best be described as acoustic gospel, instrumentation includes: guitar, accordion, mandolin, banjo, piano, autoharp and upright bass. They also enjoy singing a cappella. The goal of The Larry Nelson Family is to bring honor and glory to Jesus Christ.
