FCSO asks for help identifying suspect

The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help identifying a suspect who drove into the side of the Willis Turf and Outdoor Equipment in Greenbrier on Saturday.

The Log Cabin Democrat was unable to reach the store via phone by press time Wednesday. However, the store has information on its Facebook regarding the incident.

According to the Sunday post, a white truck drove into the business and left the scene on Saturday.

“This person hit our building yesterday causing thousands of dollars in damage and left,” the post reads.

The post includes photos of a long-wheel-base, white Chevrolet Silverado captured by surveillance cameras.

FCSO spokesman Adam Bledsoe said the sheriff’s office is asking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.

“Investigators are asking citizens to keep their eyes out for this vehicle,” he said, noting the truck “may have a small dent on the passenger side front of the hood.”

Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 501-450-4917. Tipsters can remain anonymous by submitting tips online under the “Crime Tips” tab at www.fcso.ar.gov.
