Skyline Drive/HWY 65

Skyline Drive or HWY 65 is north/south, while the interstate is east/west. The report should state which city the Toyota was going towards, Little Rock or Morrilton. On a second note, the traffic lights at that interchange are not the best at certain times of the day, due to the positioning of the sun. I think better traffic lights are need at that interchange.

At that intersection, I-40 is running north and south, 65 is east and west. It's a little known geological oddity caused by fracking.
