Conway police say the offices of two companies on Washington Avenue were broken between Monday night and Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to Hobbs Properties, located in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue, after receiving a burglary report and discovered it was burglarized.
The company’s owner was contacted and arrived to scene, police said. The owner indicated a laptop, valued at $500, was the only item that appeared to be missing.
Damage to the office’s back door was estimated at $200 in the incident report.
Officers also discovered Legacy Realty, also located in the 2100 block of Washington Avenue, was burglarized.
Police said it appeared a door was pried open to gain access to the office. Multiple laptops, a laptop bag and a digital camera was reported stolen from the company. In all, more than $1,900 in property was stolen.
