Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:
•Vehicle breaking or entering, Washington Avenue.
A Vilonia woman says her unlocked vehicle was entered, and her purse was stolen.
According to the 22-year-old complainant, her 1997 Honda Accord was entered in the 2300 block of Washington Avenue. The complainant said her purse contained a large amount of cosmetics, valued at $225.
•Public intoxication, Harkrider Street.
Police arrested a Conway man Tuesday night for public intoxication.
Officers responded to reports of an unconscious male in the 300 block of Harkrider Street around 8:39 p.m., and observed the man, 42, passed out.
Police said the man smelled of intoxicants.
“It took several attempts to get him awake,” an officer said in the incident report. “And once he was, it took even longer for him to retrieve identification from his wallet.”
Officers then took the man into custody and transported him to the Faulkner County jail. Due to his “high level of intoxication” police said the man was unable to stand for mug shots.
•Shoplifting, Museum Road.
A NAPA Auto Parts manager said he discovered his store was recently stolen from while reviewing security footage.
Officers responded to the store, located in the 600 block of Museum Road, around 9:33 a.m. Tuesday.
From the footage, the manager said he noticed a white female come into the store, take gloves from the shelf, conceal them under her jacket and leave the store. According to the manager, the woman was in the store for approximately 11 minutes.
The manager provided police with photos of the woman, and stated he would have video copies at a later time, the police report states.
