Conway woman arrested on felony warrant out of California

A 57-year-old Conway woman with a felony warrant out of Los Angeles County, Calif. was arrested Tuesday morning.

Conway police initiated a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Oak Street after discovering the license plate of a Chevrolet Monte Carlo belonged to a green Ford Taurus.

Upon contact with the driver, police learned of the felony warrant, at which time the woman was taken into custody and transported to the Faulkner County jail.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff was notified. Until extradition, the woman, whose address is listed in the 2000 block of East Oak Street, will be held at the county jail, police said.
