AT&T store on Oak Street burglarized

Conway police say the AT&T on East Oak Street was recently burglarized.

Officers responded to the phone store, located in the 1100 block of East Oak Street, around 2:07 a.m. Saturday, and made contact with the manager of TGI Friday’s, located next to AT&T.

The manager told police she noticed two black males, in all black, running toward an old Denny’s restaurant from the phone store with items in their hands.

Officers observed a hole in the glass of the building, with a brick inside a yellow plastic bag in the store. No video footage was available at the time of the report.

According to the incident report, the window sustained $2,000 worth of damage, while $1,000 worth of cell phones and tablets was stolen from the store.
