Centennial Valley says more than $900 worth of furniture is missing from two furnished apartments after tenants in both the apartments recently moved out.

The thefts were reported to Conway police Wednesday morning.

In the first report, the complex’s manager says a love seat and sofa, valued at $510, was missing from an apartment, previously rented by a 50-year-old man.

In the second report, the manager stated a mattress set and coffee table, valued at $409, was missing from an apartment, previously shared by two females, ages 19 and 24.

In both instances, police advised management of the warrants process.
