The suspect was arrested and transported to the Faulkner County jail.
Officers cited two white, teenage males, ages 16 and 17, for shoplifting at Walmart at 1155 Skyline Drive around 10:38 p.m. Thursday.
A loss prevention employee informed police she observed the two teens conceal items and attempt to leave the store.
Police contacted the on-call juvenile officer who advised the teens be cited, and released to their parents. According to the incident report, the teens attempted to steal an FM transmitter, valued at $48.88.
Police also arrested two patrons at the Walmart at 3900 Dave Ward Drive.
A 32-year-old Little Rock man was arrested, around 9:17 p.m. Thursday, after police discovered items, including nail polish, concealed in his jacket. The man was cited for theft of property, and transported to the Faulkner County jail.
