Among reports recently released by the Conway Police Department:
•Fraudulent use of a credit card, various banks and locations.
Two Conway residents filed reports with the police department in reference to fraudulent charges on their bank accounts.
The victims reported account activity in Virginia and Tennessee, for charges of $102.35 and $254.94. One victim notified police this was the second time his account has been illegally accessed.
•Vehicle breaking or entering, Pebble Beach Drive.
A Conway woman says an assortment of fireworks was stolen from her unlocked vehicle, parked in the 3200 block of Pebble Beach Drive, some time Tuesday night.
The 19-year-old victim said she noticed her car had been entered after noticing the contents of a bag had been spilled on the passenger seat, although all the victim noticed missing was the fireworks.
Police say the victim claims her vehicle was entered between 5:30 and 10 p.m.
The fireworks were valued at $10 in the police report.
A 23-year-old Conway man also says his vehicle, parked in the 3300 block of Pebble Beach Drive, was entered some time between Sunday and Tuesday night.
The victim told police he left for Fayetteville around noon Sunday, and returned around 5 p.m. Tuesday, and observed scratches around the driver’s side door, where it appeared someone tried to pry open his door.
The victim stated no items were missing from the vehicle, which he states was locked, but that electronics under the steering wheel were hanging by the brake pedal, which the victim claims may have been caused by the offender.
•Theft of property, Shakespeare Drive.
A Conway man says lawn equipment was recently stolen from his trailer, parked by his residence in the 5200 block of Shakespeare Drive, some time Tuesday.
The 48-year-old victim told police his trailer was parked beside his residence when he left for work around 7:30 a.m., and contained two lawn mowers, 2 weed eaters and a leaf blower.
The victim says the weed eaters and leaf blower were missing when he returned home around 5 p.m. The items were valued at $635 in the police report.
•Possession of controlled substance, Second Avenue.
Conway police arrested a woman for possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and no child safety restraint after officers say they observed the woman swerve to attempt to hit a pedestrian.
Police observed the woman in her vehicle, northbound on Sixth Street when officers say she swerved, and attempted to hit a woman that was standing next to a parked vehicle on the road.
Police initiated a traffic stop in the 500 block of Second Avenue, and observed a one-year-old in the vehicle without a car seat.
Police informed the 21-year-old Conway woman to make arrangements to have her child picked up, and transported her to the Faulkner County jail after the child was picked up.
The police report states marijuana was taken as evidence and sent to the State Crime Lab, but the police report does not indicate were the alleged drugs were found.
The pedestrian, officers say the woman attempted to hit with her vehicle, acknowledged she believed the woman attempted to hit her, but did not want to press charges.
