Shawn Johnston has been named market president for the First Security Bank-Greenbrier market.
Johnston graduated from Greenbrier High School, Greenbrier, Ark., and attended the University of Central Arkansas.
She is a graduate of the Greenbrier Leadership Program, the Arkansas Lending School and the American Institute of Banking. She has over 33 years of banking experience and serves as a loan officer. Johnston has served as treasurer of the Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce. In 2002 she received the Chamber Volunteer of the Year Award and the 2011 Citizen of the Year Award.
Johnston has served as president of the Greenbrier Athletic Booster Club and is currently secretary of the Greenbrier Planning Commission and serves on the board of trustees for Central Baptist College.
Shawn is a member of Immanuel Baptist Church, Greenbrier. She and her husband, Craig, have two daughters and reside in Greenbrier.
Margaret Smith has been promoted to Senior Vice President for First Security Bank of Conway. Smith is a graduate of Carlisle High School, Carlisle, Ark., and attended the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, Ark. She is a graduate of Barret School of Banking, Christian Brothers University, Memphis, Tennessee and Marketing School of Banking, Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Margaret has over 33 years of banking experience and serves as the Marketing Officer for First Security Bank – Conway Market. She is a graduate of the Faulkner County Leadership Institute and currently serves on the Arkansas Regional Commission Board, Conway Housing Authority Family Self-Sufficiency Board, 501 Life Magazine Advisory Board and the Renewal Ranch Ministry Leadership Board. Smith is a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Conway, Arkansas. She and her husband, Douglas, have two children and reside in Conway.
Lisa Wilcox has been promoted to Senior Vice President for First Security Bank of Conway. Lisa has over 24 years of banking experience and currently serves as Retail/Branch Administrator, Human Resources Officer and Security Officer for First Security Bank - Conway Market. Wilcox graduated from Greenbrier High School, Greenbrier, Arkansas and has completed various bank related courses and seminars. She is a graduate of the Greenbrier Leadership Program, serves on the Conway Career Center Advisory Board and is a member of LifeSong Church, Greenbrier, Arkansas. She and her husband, Mark, have a son and reside in Wooster.
Michael Fowler has been promoted to Credit Analyst Officer for First Security Bank of Conway. Michael has over 8 years of banking experience most recently as a credit analyst. He is a graduate of Bryant High School, Bryant, Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology Degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, Arkansas. He is a graduate of The National Commercial Lending School at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Fowler has also completed various American Bankers Association and Arkansas Bankers Association credit related courses. Michael serves on the Toad Suck Daze Committee, UCA Young Alumni Chapter Board, UCA Alumni Association, as a volunteer for the Conway Boys and Girls Club and is a member of New Life Church – Conway Campus. Michael and his wife, Haley, have a son and daughter and reside in Conway.
