Augusta-based ARcare, a Baptist Health affiliate, is a private nonprofit corporation developed to provide affordable care to meet the primary medical and dental care needs of the residents of Arkansas through a network of primary care clinics, dental clinics, pharmacies and wellness centers.

Similarly, Sellers will be responsible for clinic operations and outreach opportunities in ARcare’s northwest territory, including all of Izard County, Batesville, Newport, Augusta and Heber Springs. He will also oversee ARcare’s Oral Health Division.

In addition to serving as Director of Arkansas Family Health Foundation, ARcare’s philanthropic division, Collier will be responsible for clinic operations and outreach opportunities in ARcare’s central territory, including Conway, Cabot and Mayflower.

“As ARcare continues its mission of Health for All, it is imperative that we transition our corporate structure to one that reaps the best outcomes for our patients,” Collier said. “Our system has grown to a point that we must be able to allow new leadership new opportunities in order to provide the best quality service to our patients. These changes are being made as we prepare for another successful year at ARcare.”

Collier helped start the organization in 1986. Today, ARcare serves 30 communities. ARcare received the State Governor’s Quality Award for Achievement, and also serves as the state contractor for the Special Services Program.
