Donna Crabtrey has completed 21 years of service at the Conway Human Development Center. Crabtrey began employment as a Residential Care Assistant. She has also served in capacities of Instructor Assistant and Habilitation/Rehabilitation Instructor. She is currently a Rehabilitation Instructor Supervisor on the Habilitation & Training Team. Crabtrey and her husband, Allen, reside in Springfield. They have one son, Dylan.
Ann Warren has completed 26 years of service at the Conway Human Development Center. Warren began employment in 1986 serving in capacities of LPN and residential care assistant. She is currently an Institutional Services Assistant on the Sheltered Living Team. Warren and her husband, Bob, reside in Greenbrier. They have two children and one grandchild.
