CCS booster golf tourney set for April 27

CCS plans booster golf tourney

Conway Christian’s Booster Club will hold its ninth Conway Christian Golf Classic on Monday, April 27, at Centennial Valley Country Club.

The tournament is a four-person scramble and has a morning flight and an afternoon flight. Shotgun starts will be at 8 a,m. and 1 p.m.

Lunch will be served beginning at 11 a.m.. Prizes will be awarded for first place in each flight. There will be two hole-in-one possibilities, closest to the pin and longest drive. Each player will be given a gift bag.

Sponsorship levels begin with hole sponsors for $200, team entry for $400 and corporate sponsors for $2500.

Tournament sponsors are Rausch Coleman, Kimbel Mechanical and CountrySide Motors. Major prize sponsor is Arkansas Golf Center.

All proceeds will go to benefit the Conway Christian Booster Club, which is dedicated to promoting and supporting Conway Christian athletic programs through membership drives, concession sales and various fundraising activities. The athletic department is supported by funds generated through the booster club. The golf tourney is the biggest fundraiser.
