Presentation of Conway - City of Colleges Monument Signs from Conway Civic Clubs to the City of Conway

The Presentation of Conway-City of Colleges Monument Signs from Conway Civic Clubs to the City of Conway will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 25.

Representatives of the Kiwanis, Knights of Columbus, Lions, Optimists and Rotary civic groups will formally present the two Conway-City of Colleges monument signs along Interstate 40 to the City of Conway.

The presentation will take place at the Conway monument sign on South Amity Road, south of I-40, Exit 129.

This endeavor by these civic clubs to place these signs welcoming travelers and residents of Conway was begun in 2010, and support and donations have been received from many individuals, businesses and groups.

The second sign at the western end of Conway was recently completed, and the civic groups are proud to present both signs to the City of Conway.

All are invited to attend.
