Conference at Church Alive

The Church Alive, Conway, will host “The Unlimited Realm” conference Friday sad Saturday, March 14-15.


Special guest ministers will be Perry Stone and Karen Wheaton. Meeting times are 7 p.m. Friday (doors open at 6 p.m.) and 10 a.m. Saturday (doors open at 9:30 a.m.).

Admission is free and the public is invited.

Noon Day Prayer and Stations of the Cross

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church will be holding Noon Day Prayer and Stations of the Cross each week Monday through Friday until Easter.

The church is located at 925 Mitchell St.

Cynthia Clawson and Ragan Courtney at Woodland Heights

“Celebrate Life!” musical workshop at 4 p.m., Saturday, March 15, with guests husband/wife team Cynthia Clawson and Ragan Courtney, for all participants (children, youth and adults) at Woodland Heights Baptist Church, 4215 Prince St. Each of them will contribute to Morning Worship at 10:50 on Sunday, March 16, and they will present an evening concert at 6:30 p.m. The musical presentation will be 6 p.m. on Palm Sunday, April 13.

Schola Sacra Early Music Ensemble recital at Conway First United Methodist

Schola Sacra Early Music Ensemble will present the next Under the Dome recital at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 16, in the Sanctuary at Conway First United Methodist Church.

Their program is titled “Music of Other Times and Places” and will include traditional Irish tunes as well as music from the 15th-Century Office of St. Patrick.

Schola Sacra is an early music vocal ensemble based in Conway. Performers are Jaimee Nicole Jensen-McDaniel, Ronald W. McDaniel II and Allan Pieroni.

All Under the Dome recitals are free and open to the public.

• FUMC Choirs: 8:45 and 11 a.m., Sunday, May 4.

Bielema praises Broyles’ legacy

Hiland completes OEM investigation; postpones releasing findings

Prosecuting Attorney Cody Hiland completed his investigation of alleged sexual harassment by Office of Emergency Management Director Shelia Bellott to four of her employees but did not present those findings to the Faulkner County Quorum Court on Tuesday.
