• Feb. 23 — Collegiate Worship at the True Holiness Saints Center at 11 a.m. Featuring BET’s Sunday Best Season 5 finalist Alexis Spight, Judah Chorale and the Annual Address will by Pastor E.C. Maltbia. This event is co-sponsored by the Interdenominational Christian Council, Student Government Association and Circuit Judge David Clark. The public is invited to attend.


• Feb. 23 — CAB Community Ride will leave from Simon Park (next to city Hall) at 2 p.m. This is a fun, family-friendly ride for all ages and skill levels. • Feb. 25 — Brenda Turner, a registered nurse and certified diabetes educator, will discuss “Navigating the Emotional Ups and Downs with Diabetes,” during the Conway Regional Diabetes Care Group at 7 p.m. The group meets monthly 7-8 p.m. the last Tuesday of each month in the Women’s Center classroom at Conway Regional Medical Center. The meeting is open to anyone interested in learning more about the successful management of diabetes. No registration is required. • Feb. 26 — The Conway Senior Wellness and Activity Center (currently at 1620 Donaghey Ave.) invites the public to a workshop on “Getting to Know Your iPhone and Your iPad,” at 12:30 p.m. with James McAlister. • Second Sunday — Bearers of Light, a free support group for families that have experienced pregnancy loss, stillbirth or newborn death. The support group is an extension of the Resolve Through Sharing bereavement program at Conway Regional. The perinatal bereavement program is designed to addresses a family’s individual needs through supportive care in the hospital, as well as follow-up care. Bearers of Light is a parent-led, self-help group guided by professionals who attend the meetings to provide information and facilitate group discussion.
