• Now-Feb. 3 — Local artist Dema Clark will have her artwork on display from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Women Surgery Center, first floor in the lobby, at Conway Regional Medical Center, 2302 College Ave.

• Feb. 2 — The Conway Community Chorus will begin regular rehearsals at the Conway High School music room from 2-3 p.m. weekly. As this is a co-ed choir, everyone age 18 and up who is interested in performing in this group is invited to attend.

• Feb. 2 — The Conway Composers Guild annual concert, 3 p.m. in the Sanctuary of Conway First United Methodist Church, 1610 Prince St. The recital is part of the church’s Under the Dome series of recitals. • Feb. 5 — The 25th anniversary of First Wednesday Ladies Lunch Break will be held at noon at Second Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Ladies Lunch Break began in February 1989 and features lunch and a devotion led by Marilyn Mathis. Women of all ages and every denomination are invited to attend this celebration of praise and thanksgiving. The February devotion is titled “The Four E’s.” Lunch, which includes dessert and beverage, will be served for $5. • Feb. 5 — Connect Arkansas returns to the Faulkner County Library with Senior Citizen Adult Computer Literacy Training, 1-3 p.m. The class will give instructions in computer literacy, from how to use your computer to setting up email and navigating Facebook. • Feb. 6 — The Faulkner County Republican Women will have their February meeting at 11:30 a.m. at Smitty’s. French Hill will be the speaker. Mr. Hill is a candidate for congress in the Second Congressional District. Annual membership dues are now payable. They may be paid at the meeting. The public is invited to attend this meeting and hear Mr. Hill speak.

• Weekdays — After School Program, 3:30-6 p.m. Free program for ages 12-16 provides a snack and programs in fitness, nutrition, safety, drug and alcohol awareness, career choices and even tutoring. • Second Sunday — Bearers of Light, a free support group for families that have experienced pregnancy loss, stillbirth or newborn death. The support group is an extension of the Resolve Through Sharing bereavement program at Conway Regional. The perinatal bereavement program is designed to addresses a family’s individual needs through supportive care in the hospital, as well as follow-up care. Bearers of Light is a parent-led, self-help group guided by professionals who attend the meetings to provide information and facilitate group discussion.
