E.L. Branson of Conway, state auditor, yesterday completed an audit of 1938 records of Faulkner County officials. All reports were mailed to Little Rock.
Mr. Branson said a review of the audit should be announced within 30 days.

Joe Siebenmorgen yesterday was elevated from assistant vice president to assistant vice president and cashier of the First National Bank. He began work as a teller in the bank in 1948 and in 1954 became an assistant cashier. He was named a vice president last year. Siebenmorgen is presently a senior in the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He married the former Helen Pinter of Morrilton and the couple has four children.

Shirley Woolley of 6 Brookside in Conway recently returned from BeautiControl Cosmetics’ 1989 leadership conference in Dallas, where she received training in the company’s latest scientific advancements in skin care and age-fighting treatments.
Ms. Woolley also previewed new spring boutique fashions and new eye and lip colors. She attended eight workshops as part of the company’s ongoing training program.

Dr. Bill Johnson, president of the National Association for Retired Federal Employees, presented a check for $50 to Lisa Perez, executive director of Bethlehem House, during a recent NARFE meeting. Perez spoke to the group, describing the needs of the homeless shelter and the assistance being given to the homeless people in the area.
