“As the economy takes a turn in a positive direction, more companies are seeking to expand their current workforce through the hiring of talented employees. It is important that members of the community are prepared to take advantage of these prospects by presenting themselves as the valuable resources employers are seeking,” Middleton said.
With over a decade of human resources experience, Middleton has performed organizational recruitment for government programs and private companies. She has also consulted with national nonprofit agencies, provided executive career management and assisted countless clients in their careers and training needs. Gwendolyn has earned Master’s Degrees in Human Resources Management, Public Administration and Management and Leadership.
