Tobey Team honored with the award for achieving the highest volume of sales in 2012

After helping hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve all of their real estate goals and dreams, Conway Realtors Bill and Janet Tobias have another great accomplishment to add to their successful career.

Bill works with his wife Janet, who is also a licensed Realtor, as The Tobey Team helping real estate clients based out of Crye-Leike’s Conway branch office. They recently received one of the company’s highest honors and were named as top producers for the company’s Conway’s Branch office for 2012. They’ve also won this award the past four years for achieving the highest sales volume in the office each year. In 2012, The Toby Team ranked in the #3 spot among the top producing agents in Crye-Leike’s Central Arkansas region.

They also received this award based on their outstanding sales successes including continuously ranking as top agents achieving multi-million dollar sales volumes and possessing a willingness to go the extra mile ensuring all of their clients’ needs are fulfilled.

As licensed Realtors in Arkansas, Bill and Janet assist buyers and sellers in and around Faulkner County. They specialize in residential real estate sales also assisting clients with their relocation, land, commercial and first-time home buying property needs.

Bill advances his education by earning professional real estate designations and by giving back to his local community through working with non-profit organizations and several real estate committees and boards.

Bill has his professional real estate designations as a Certified Relocation Associate (CRA), a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and he also has an MBA.

Bill also earned his professional real estate designation as a Green Realtor certified by the National Association of Realtors to help educate buyers and sellers on how our actions affect the environment and how some simple changes can save homeowners money while also protecting the environment and saving natural resources. Realtors who earn the designation are better equipped with green real estate concepts, principles and practices, and they’re knowledgeable of the benefits of energy efficiency and sustainability in various facets of real estate. They are also given the knowledge and tools to help sellers market their green built properties.
