New Beginning Church
We had our ladies meeting this past Saturday and Pat Strough brought us a wonderful message, that the Lord had given to her. Then Sunday night she was asked to bring the message to the church. She had a dummy dressed as a girl on the operating table that she was operating on and showing us as she removed many things that keep us from giving it all over to the Lord. This was a wonderful message and her demonstration made it so very real of the things that will hold us back.
Our service Sunday morning that Pastor Bob brought was just what we needed to revive us again. It was a powerful message and the Holy Spirit was in the message and touched us all.
Our hearts are sad today at the loss of a dear brother, friend, retired minister, board member, husband, uncle, brother-in-law and a child of the King. We all loved him and will miss the Rev. Doyle Patrick who has suffered so long and is now in the arms of the Lord with no pain. Our prayers are with the family and his wife Charlene Patrick. We are also in prayer for Marie Barnes. Sharon Watts, Dorothy Lyon and Techler Clark.

Bethlehem Baptist Church
God is blessing Bethlehem Baptist Church with great attendance in all services. We are seeing so many visitors in the services. Dr. Jameson is delivering great messages from God’s word on “The Greatness of God”.
Since the last writing we have welcomed new members, Luke, Misty, Hunter and Trey Havens and Alana Grider. Trey and Alana were baptized.
Bethlehem recently hosted a baby shower for Josh and Sara Whistler. Josh is going on a mission trip to Jordan in April. He asks for your prayers.
The annual Easter EGGstravaganza is planned for 6 p.m. on March 24 at Bethlehem. This is an outreach to the community, so bring your children and enjoy an evening of worship and fun.
Important events coming up in the next few months are: This weekend, State GMA meeting; March 24 — Easter Eggstravanganza; June 11-14 — National Galilean Camp; June 18-21 —National GMA Retreat; June 23-29 — HS Senior trip; July 3-5 — SOAR; July 11-20 (tentative) — Peru Missions Trip; July 26-Aug. 3 — Chicago Missions Trip. Busy summer coming up.
