Kathy Sigler and Mary Ingram have completed 21 years of service at the Conway Human Development Center. Sigler is a human resources assistant in the personnel department. Ingram is a rehabilitation instructor on the Sheltered Living team.
Donna Friedman has completed 26 years of service at the Conway Human Development Center. Friedman began employment as a custodial worker. She has also served in the capacity of residential care and habilitation instructor. She is currently a residential care supervisor on the Intensive Training team. Friedman and her husband, Leon, reside in Bigelow, Ark. They have four daughters and 11 grandchildren: seven grandsons, four granddaughters.
Felicia Bailey has completed 31 years of service at the Conway Human Development Center. Bailey began employment as a social service worker, now entitled DHS program specialist, on the Individual Assistance team. Bailey resides in Little Rock. She has two children and six grandchildren.
