According to a Conway Police Department incident report, another woman has come forward with information regarding the alleged "toe-sucker."
The report, filed Thursday, states that a woman was in PetSmart about a month ago when she was approached by a middle-aged man inquiring about her feet.
"She stated that she had on flip flops and the gentleman began commenting about her feet and the things that he would like to do to them," the report stated.
The reporting person stated that the man told her that his name was Mike and that he was from the Cabot area.
The subject described the man as having "salt and pepper hair," with toes missing on each foot.
The subject told an officer that the man followed her around the store for about 30 minutes before leaving in an "olive-colored Ford truck, early 2000 model..."

I'm thinking
I'm thinking I know this guy. Not well or anything, but I knew him back years ago when he was doing this stuff. Used to work with him a little bit. He's actually as nice a guy as you'd want to meet -- other than the foot thing and all.
I guess he's off whatever the therapy was to keep himself in check all these years.

What I want to know
How many women have said "yes?" We only hear about the ones that say no and report it, but he's probably had a few say yes to make it worth trying over and over again.
yes or no
i don't necessarily think he would have had someone to say "yes" to his requests in order to keep asking. Part of the thrill for him might be the look on their faces when they realize what he's after.
